Orders

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

After checkout you should receive an order confirmation by email. Once the parcel is dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation follows with the latest delivery and tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact Zerano as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or been handed to the courier, amendments or cancellation may no longer be possible.

I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If nothing has arrived, contact us and include the full name and email address used during checkout so we can confirm the order status.

Do I need an account to browse the store?

No. You can explore products and support pages without an account. Any account or checkout options presented on the storefront will be shown during the purchase flow itself.

Delivery, shipping costs & tracking

Where do you ship?

Zerano is structured for customers shopping across Europe. The destinations and delivery methods available to your order are shown during checkout.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on the selected country or market. Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, European deliveries are generally estimated at 2 to 5 business days, so many European orders arrive in about 3 to 8 business days in total. Final shipping options are shown at checkout.

Why does the cart say “Spend more for free shipping”?

The free-shipping progress message uses the market currently selected on the storefront. If you switch country, currency, or shipping market, the threshold can change accordingly.

How can I track my parcel?

Use Zerano's Track Your Order page with your order number and checkout email, or use your tracking number once it has been assigned.

What if tracking has not updated or my parcel seems delayed?

Courier scans can occasionally lag behind real movement. If tracking has stalled beyond a reasonable window, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate.

Returns & refunds

What is your return window?

Return requests must be started within 15 days of delivery. Please start the request before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct instructions.

How do I start a return?

Open the Returns & Refunds page or contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review it and send the next steps before you ship.

What condition should returned items be in?

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Final posting time can vary by payment provider and bank processing.

Payments, security & pricing

Which payment methods can I use?

Current enabled methods include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact for eligible Belgian customers. The exact methods shown at checkout still depend on market, browser, and device.

Why do payment options differ by country or device?

Checkout uses the selected market, currency, device capabilities, and payment-provider eligibility rules to decide what can be shown. Some wallets require compatible devices and some local methods only appear in specific markets.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout flows, and your bank may request an extra authentication step when required.

When will I be charged?

Timing depends on the payment provider and authorization method used at checkout. Where relevant, a payment may first appear as an authorization before final capture.

How are refunds returned after a successful return?

Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.

How do I choose the right size?

Use Zerano's Size Guide as your starting point, then check product-page fit information for anything specific to the item or brand.

What if I am between sizes?

Use the intended silhouette as your guide. Choose the smaller size for a closer fit, or size up if you prefer more ease or if the fabric has less stretch.

Do all brands fit the same way?

No. Fit can vary by brand, pattern, fabrication, and cut. Tailored or low-stretch pieces often require a closer size match than softer jersey or knitwear.

Can I ask for fit advice before ordering?

Yes. If you need a clearer recommendation, contact Zerano before purchase and mention the product name, size you usually wear, and the fit you prefer.

How do I contact Zerano?

When will I hear back?

Responses are handled during published customer support hours in Central European Time (CET/CEST): Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
