How to track with ParcelPanel

1. Open Zerano tracking

Use the branded tracking widget on this page, or open the full tracking page directly if you prefer.

2. Enter your details

Track with your order number and the email used at checkout, or use your tracking number if you already have it.

3. Follow live updates

ParcelPanel retrieves courier information automatically after the order syncs and the shipment has a tracking number.

How ParcelPanel works on Zerano

Orders sync first

After an order is placed, Shopify order data is synced into ParcelPanel even before a tracking number is added.

Tracking appears after fulfilment

Once the order is fulfilled and a tracking number is attached, ParcelPanel syncs the shipment and detects the courier automatically.

Branded tracking stays on site

Instead of sending customers to carrier pages only, ParcelPanel can keep tracking traffic on Zerano's branded tracking experience.

If ParcelPanel cannot find your order

Check whether you entered an order number or a tracking number

Order numbers and tracking numbers are not the same thing. If you use order lookup, enter your order number plus checkout email. If you use tracking lookup, enter the tracking number only.

Confirm the email address matches the checkout email

ParcelPanel checks the order number against the email used when the order was placed. If the email does not match, the order may not be found.

The order may not have synced yet

If the order is very recent, allow a short processing window for Shopify-to-ParcelPanel sync. ParcelPanel's own documentation notes that no data will be shown if the order has not yet synced into the app.

The order may not have a tracking number yet

ParcelPanel can only show shipment movement once the order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been added. Before then, the order may still appear as pending.

Tracking notes

  • Carrier scans can lag behind real parcel movement, especially around the first origin scan.
  • If tracking has stalled unusually long, include your order number and tracking details when contacting Zerano.
  • If ParcelPanel's branded tracking links are enabled in your Shopify notifications or customer account flow, some order touchpoints may send you directly back to the Zerano tracking experience.
