ParcelPanel retrieves courier information automatically after the order syncs and the shipment has a tracking number.
After an order is placed, Shopify order data is synced into ParcelPanel even before a tracking number is added.
Once the order is fulfilled and a tracking number is attached, ParcelPanel syncs the shipment and detects the courier automatically.
Instead of sending customers to carrier pages only, ParcelPanel can keep tracking traffic on Zerano's branded tracking experience.
Order numbers and tracking numbers are not the same thing. If you use order lookup, enter your order number plus checkout email. If you use tracking lookup, enter the tracking number only.
ParcelPanel checks the order number against the email used when the order was placed. If the email does not match, the order may not be found.
If the order is very recent, allow a short processing window for Shopify-to-ParcelPanel sync. ParcelPanel's own documentation notes that no data will be shown if the order has not yet synced into the app.
ParcelPanel can only show shipment movement once the order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been added. Before then, the order may still appear as pending.
