This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Zerano. SPYKO LIMITED, trading as Zerano ("Zerano", "we", "us", or "our"), aims to provide clear information about how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
This Shipping Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are entitled to stronger rights under the law of your country of residence, those rights will apply.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (approximately 24 to 72 working hours). During high-demand periods, holidays, promotional campaigns, or in the event of operational delays, processing may take longer.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as destination, order composition, package size, and shipping method. In some cases, shipping costs may be influenced by volumetric weight, not only actual weight.
The final shipping charge applicable to your order will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, orders to destinations within Europe are generally delivered within approximately 2 to 5 business days.
Based on normal processing and transit times, the total expected delivery timeframe for many European orders is typically around 3 to 8 business days.
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs procedures, peak periods, weather, local disruptions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery timeframe is expressly agreed at checkout or on the product page, orders will be delivered without undue delay and, where required by applicable law, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, order characteristics, and operational constraints.
We reserve the right to use equivalent shipping services or logistics partners where reasonably necessary to fulfill your order efficiently.
Tracking
If tracking information is available for your shipment, it may be included in your shipping confirmation email or otherwise provided after dispatch.
The availability and timing of tracking updates may depend on the carrier and destination.
Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and delivery details are complete, accurate, and correct at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at support@thezerano.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid at checkout.
Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels, and Uncollected Packages
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point or parcel depot, the shipment may be returned, stored, or treated as undeliverable by the carrier. In such cases, any refund or re-shipment may be subject to deduction of costs incurred as a result, including original shipping charges, return-to-sender charges, storage fees, customs-related charges, handling fees, and other courier-related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have if your order is not delivered within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, if an item is missing, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@thezerano.com and, where possible, include clear photographs of the issue and your order number.
Any such issues will be reviewed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under applicable law.
Separate Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. If that happens, you may receive separate delivery updates and parcels arriving at different times.
